Soaking up nice fall/winter weather is so important when you live in New England.  You never know what you’re going to get.  Luckily, this fall and even winter has allowed for minimal bundling so far, yay!

Since taking advantage of my favorite items for as long as possible is important, this post is somewhat a continuation of “shades of grey” as I am using many if the same pieces.  This variation of the outfit is still comfortable yet more breathable swapping out the leggings for a skirt.  This substitute allows you to seamlessly go from weekend brunch to shopping to drinks later in the night.

What I think is cool about this jacket/skirt combo is that they are both very geometric in shape.  It’s an interesting pairing that’s sure to turn some heads (good or bad, I’m never really too sure!)  This unique peek-a-boo skirt and jacket both from Zara.
